Outdoor class bright and early at 6AM! You will jog, plank, squat, get down and dirty outside-sweat guaranteed! Every workout will be different, so wake up, show up, and be ready to have fun and pushing yourself to the limit! The hardest part of your day will be over by 7AM! 


POUND is a full-body cardio jam session,combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. This workout fues cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and isometric poses into a 45 minute series. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music! 

TONE UP (45 min.

Sculpt your arms and legs with a mix of Ballet Bod training and Kickbox techniques. No weights, no barre, and minimal jumping for an intense workout! All levels, low impact, and only 45 minutes! This class is only on the schedule for a limited time. 

CFIT STRETCH (45 min.)

This new core stretch class will have your body feeling elongated and rejuvenated while still working up a sweat! Can't touch your toes? No worries! It is designed for ALL levels! You'll be feeling better than ever in no time!


Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends international music, created to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to- follow, calorie-burning group fitness class where you almost forget that you are working out!!

     KICK-BOX CARDIO (45min)  

Kick-box cardio is a combination of dancing and toning through a series of punches, kicks, squats, and cardio intervals. This class will improve your endurance, tone muscles, and shred your abs! Come zap calories and define your muscles by sweating to the popular songs you know and love!

  MIX UP  

The Combo class is a great way to sample 3 amazing classes in 1! It's 20 minutes each of Latin, kickboxing, and hip- hop dancing. The variety of this class let's you experience all the benefits of each style in one fast paced hour! You'll be surprised how quickly the class flies by!

   BALLET BOD (45 min.

Always wanted the lean, toned look of a dancers body? Well this is the class for you! Ballet Bod is series of strengthening and toning exercises, set to upbeat music, that targets your core, tightens your arms, and firms your lower body. It's low impact (easy on the knees), yet intense enough to make you sweat! Never taken a ballet class before? No worries! Ballet Bod is great for beginners as well as dancers who want to get back in shape! 


This class will be informative with an emphasis on learning poses safely. This is great for anyone new to yoga, or for those who have already begun and would like a better understanding of the practice. Come with your questions and ready to move!  


MEGA MIX UP is a form of CFIT's own Mix-Up. It is 20 minutes of dancing and toning with weights and 40 minutes of Latin/Kickboxing/Hip Hop fitness all rolled into one AMAZING workout! A fun way to start your day which will get you sweating to the songs you love in no time! Punch, Kick, and Dance your way into the body you want!
